The ToT-3399E is a high-performance Android smart terminal controller board powered by the Rockchip RK3399 six-core 64-bit processor. It integrates a Mali-T860 GPU, 4K at 60 Hz multimedia capability, HDMI, LVDS and eDP display interfaces, independent dual-screen display and touch support, a 13MP MIPI camera interface, seven USB ports, industrial serial interfaces, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth and PCI-E 4G expansion. Its immersion-gold PCB process and secure four-point mounting design support reliable continuous operation.

Industrial-Grade PCB Design

The ToT-3399E uses an immersion-gold PCB process to improve connector durability and corrosion resistance. Four mounting points provide secure installation inside commercial and industrial terminal equipment.

Stable 7 × 24-Hour Operation

The board is designed for continuous operation under suitable power, cooling and environmental conditions, making it suitable for unattended kiosks, interactive displays and smart terminals.

Six-Core Server-Class Processor

The Rockchip RK3399 combines two high-performance Cortex-A72 cores with four power-efficient Cortex-A53 cores. This heterogeneous six-core architecture provides strong multitasking performance and efficient power management.

Android 7.1 and Android 11

Android 7.1 and Android 11 system configurations are available for compatibility with existing commercial software and modern Android applications. Linux and OpenHarmony adaptation may also be supported according to project requirements.

Mali-T860 Graphics Processor

The integrated Mali-T860 GPU provides efficient graphics rendering and multimedia acceleration for digital signage, interactive interfaces, high-definition video and commercial display applications.

4K at 60 Hz Multimedia Support

The ToT-3399E supports video decoding at resolutions up to 3840 × 2160 and HDMI 2.0a output at up to 4K at 60 Hz, providing clear and detailed image output for compatible displays.

Multiple Display Interfaces

HDMI, LVDS and eDP interfaces support various standard LCD panels, customized bar displays and cropped screens. This flexibility simplifies integration into different commercial terminal designs.

Independent Dual-Screen Display

Compatible display combinations can show different content on two screens simultaneously, supporting operator displays, customer-facing screens and interactive dual-screen systems.

Independent Dual-Touch Support

The integrated stereo amplifier supports up to 2 × 20 W with 4 Ω speakers or 2 × 10 W with 8 Ω speakers. Microphone input and headphone output are also available.

Android System Customization

Customized Android functions, hardware-control APIs and reference code can be provided to support upper-layer APP development, peripheral integration and project-specific terminal deployment.

Flexible System Upgrades
