TIoT-3576EV adopts the RK3576 octa-core processor with 4 × Cortex-A72 and 4 × Cortex-A53 architecture, 8nm process and up to 2.2GHz frequency. The integrated 6 TOPS NPU supports local AI inference for AI digital human interaction, body measurement, posture correction, motion recognition, passenger-flow statistics, voice Q&A and other edge AI workloads without relying only on cloud computing.
TIoT-3576EV is optimized for commercial large-screen display products. The V-By-One display path can directly drive large-size 4K panels, reducing signal conversion loss and simplifying internal wiring. Optional HDMI output can also be configured for 4K @ 120Hz display requirements, depending on project design.
For large-screen equipment integration, the board provides PWM-BL backlight control, ADJ-BL brightness adjustment, LVDS-VCC panel power, TP / I²C touch interface and related display-control resources. These interfaces help simplify the internal structure of AI fitness mirrors, large interactive signage, smart body measurement terminals and commercial display systems.
Dual independent Gigabit Ethernet is a key requirement for many AI service robots, smart fitness devices and AI body measurement terminals. TIoT-3576EV supports two 1000M Ethernet ports, enabling physical separation between internal sensor data and external cloud communication. This helps improve communication stability and makes deployment easier in gyms, malls, exhibition halls, public-service locations and outdoor commercial environments.
One Ethernet port can connect body measurement sensors, robot modules or control devices, while the other port connects cloud platforms, remote maintenance systems or external networks.
With dual Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth and reserved expansion for 4G / 5G modules, the board supports flexible multi-link networking.
