    The TIoT-3568X is a compact Android AI controller board developed for access control, visitor management, attendance and smart gate terminals. Powered by the Rockchip RK3568 quad-core Cortex-A55 processor, it integrates a 1 TOPS NPU, HDMI, MIPI and eDP display interfaces, dual-lens MIPI camera support, Wiegand input and output, QR-code scanner connectivity, a constant-current fill-light interface, five USB ports and industrial communication interfaces.

    RK3568 Quad-Core Processor

    The TIoT-3568X uses the Rockchip RK3568 64-bit processor featuring four ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores and a maximum clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz. It provides a reliable balance of processing performance, power efficiency and operating stability.

    Integrated 1 TOPS NPU

    The integrated neural processing unit provides up to 1 TOPS of AI computing performance, supporting compatible facial recognition, identity verification and intelligent access management applications.

    4K Multimedia Decoding

    The platform supports multimedia decoding at resolutions up to 3840 × 2160. Actual display-output resolution depends on the selected HDMI, MIPI or eDP interface and connected screen.

    HDMI Display Output

    One HDMI output using a Type-C-style connector supports compatible display resolutions up to 1080p at 120 Hz, providing smooth output for access-control and attendance terminals.

    MIPI and eDP Display Support

    MIPI and eDP interfaces can directly drive compatible LCD panels with different sizes and resolutions. The eDP interface has been validated with resolutions up to 1920 × 1080.

    Mainstream Touch-Screen Compatibility

    The board supports compatible infrared, optical, capacitive, resistive and touch-film solutions. Driver-free HID touch screens provide plug-and-play operation without complex debugging.

    Dual-Lens MIPI Camera

    One dual-lens MIPI camera interface supports compatible camera modules with resolutions up to 10 megapixels for facial recognition, live image capture and identity verification applications.

    USB Camera Support

    Compatible USB cameras can also be connected for image capture, access verification and intelligent vision applications according to the selected software and peripheral configuration.

    Constant-Current Fill-Light Interface

    A dedicated interface can drive a compatible constant-current fill-light board, improving facial image capture and recognition performance in low-light and nighttime environments.

    QR-Code Scanner Interface

    The embedded QR-code scanner module interface supports compatible scanning modules for visitor registration, electronic passes, ticket verification and access-management applications.

    Wiegand Access-Control Interfaces

    One Wiegand input and one Wiegand output are available for compatible card readers, access controllers and gate-control equipment.

    Custom 30-Pin Expansion Connector

    One customizable 15 × 2 dual-row pin-header interface can integrate power input, Wiegand input and output, RJ45-related signals and other project-specific functions.

    Android system customization, hardware-control APIs and reference code can be provided to support upper-layer APP development, access-control integration and customized terminal deployment.

    Multiple Operating Systems

    Android 11 is provided as the standard operating system. Linux and OpenHarmony adaptation may also be supported according to project requirements.
