The board supports Android 13 and OpenHarmony operating systems, providing flexible software deployment and a stable development environment for commercial terminals, domestic platform projects and customized intelligent equipment.
HDMI, LVDS, MIPI and eDP display interfaces are available. Compatible firmware and display configurations can support up to four screens with different content, meeting the requirements of multi-screen terminals and complex information display systems.
One standard Type-A HDMI output supports resolutions up to 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz, providing detailed ultra-high-definition video and image output for commercial displays and intelligent information terminals.
The board provides LVDS, MIPI and eDP display interfaces for directly driving compatible LCD panels. This broad panel compatibility simplifies integration into display equipment with different sizes, resolutions and interface standards.
A customized HDMI input version is available with one standard Type-A female port supporting video input up to 1080p at 60 Hz. It can be used for external video sources, signal switching and interactive display applications.
The TIoT-527EH supports infrared, optical, capacitive, resistive and touch-film solutions. Compatible HID touch devices support driver-free plug-and-play operation without complicated installation or debugging.
The board supports USB monocular and binocular cameras as well as MIPI cameras. The MIPI interface supports one four-lane connection at up to 1.5 Gbps per lane and camera resolutions up to 8 megapixels.
The board includes an interface for connecting an external PoE daughterboard. A PoE module compliant with IEEE 802.3af or IEEE 802.3at is recommended for applications requiring network data and power transmission through one Ethernet cable.
The integrated Ethernet interface supports 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-negotiation, providing stable high-speed wired networking for content transmission, remote device management and large data communication.
The TIoT-527EH includes 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. A built-in Mini PCI-E interface supports compatible 4G modules for mobile data access and analog voice-call functions, depending on the selected communication module.
The integrated stereo amplifier provides a default speaker output of 2 × 6 W. Output up to 2 × 10 W can be configured through hardware modification. The board also provides one microphone input and a three-pole or four-pole headphone port.
Android and OpenHarmony system customization, system APIs and reference code can be provided to support upper-layer APP development, peripheral control, hardware integration and project-specific software deployment.
With dimensions of 146 × 104 mm, the TIoT-527EH combines AI computing, multi-screen display, camera access, industrial interfaces and multiple network options in a compact controller board suitable for intelligent embedded products.
