The TET6254-C core board is based on the TI Sitara™ AM62x series industrial processor. It adopts the Arm Cortex-A53 architecture with a maximum frequency of up to 1.4GHz and integrates rich interfaces such as dual TSN-capable Ethernet, USB 2.0, LVDS, RGB parallel, UART, OSPI, CAN-FD, camera and audio. The TET62xx-C series is compatible with AM62x single-core, dual-core and quad-core processors, offering flexible and cost-effective options for shortening product development cycles.
As a new-generation MPU in the TI Sitara™ product line, the AM62x processor provides higher performance and stronger feature expansion than the previous AM335x platform, helping customers continue proven industrial designs with upgraded computing, graphics, display and peripheral capabilities.

The AM62x processor natively supports up to three CAN-FD channels, with transmission speeds up to 5Mbps. It can be connected to industrial networks at high speed and with reliable stability, providing strong communication support for industrial automation and vehicle-mounted applications.
The AM62x series supports the GPMC interface, a general-purpose memory controller interface unique to TI processors. It provides high-speed data read and write performance up to 100MB/s, supports flexible multi-chip selection and enables wide communication with external devices, including FPGA expansion designs.
The TET62xx-C core board supports up to two display controllers and can output two different display contents at the same time. As an early AM62x-based core-board solution supporting triple-display scenarios, it provides strong flexibility for industrial HMI, medical terminals and customized multi-screen equipment.
The TET62xx-C core board is suitable for industrial automation, electric power, medical, transportation and other industries. Typical products include industrial HMI, EV charging TCU, industrial controllers, data acquisition gateways, PCR systems and blood analyzers.
