Powered by the NXP i.MX8M Mini processor, the TETMX8MM-C combines quad-core Cortex-A53 application processing, 2GB DDR4 memory and low-power architecture to deliver smooth system operation for industrial HMI, video applications, embedded Linux terminals and intelligent multimedia devices.
The processor integrates four Cortex-A53 cores with a maximum frequency of up to 1.8GHz, providing reliable computing power for embedded applications and human-machine interface systems.
The Cortex-M4 core operates at up to 400MHz and communicates with the Cortex-A53 cores through the internal AHB bus, supporting real-time control, low-power standby and timing-sensitive tasks.
With a compact size of 56mm × 36mm and an ultra-thin board-to-board connector, the TETMX8MM-C is suitable for space-constrained embedded systems and industrial terminals.
The platform is suitable for IP cameras, video conferencing, video doorbells, image analysis, audio processing and audio broadcasting systems.
The TETMX8MM-C can support MIPI-DSI display output and can be adapted to HDMI or other display outputs through carrier-board conversion design. It supports flexible display integration for 4K multimedia playback, 1080p display output, HMI panels and dual-screen terminal applications.
The TETMX8MM-C supports 1080p60 H.265 and VP9 decoding. Compared with traditional H.264 video transmission, H.265 can reduce bandwidth and storage usage under the same image quality, helping video products improve efficiency and reduce system cost.
The TETMX8MM-C supports Android 9.0, Linux 4.14 with Qt 5.10 and Linux 6.1 with Qt 6.5. These software options provide a stable development environment for industrial control, HMI, multimedia and embedded terminal products.
The TETMX8MM-C supports multiple digital audio interfaces including IIS, AC97, TDM, PDM and SPDIF. Up to five SAI channels can be configured for high-quality audio systems, voice recognition, audio processing and broadcast equipment.
The TETMX8MM-C provides rich industrial and multimedia peripheral interfaces, including MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, USB 2.0, PCIe 2.0, UART, eCSPI, I²C, SD / SDIO, SAI, PDM, FlexSPI, PWM and Gigabit Ethernet.
