The HCS320 combines a 32-bit hopping code with fixed identification and status fields to create a 66-bit transmission stream. Its button inputs and PWM output support compact battery-powered transmitters. Each activation changes the hopping portion; receiver synchronization and secret management are essential system functions.

Microchip identifies SN as an 8-lead plastic SOIC with a 150-mil body; HCS320T specifies tape-and-reel delivery. LCDChip registers this device as 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width). Verify the controlled SOIC drawing and pin-one mark for production layout.

• Check SOIC land pattern and orientation.
• Route PWM to the transmitter modulation circuit.
