1 Introduction

These Terms apply to users ("you") accessing or using TMS International Tech(HK) Limited's ("we/our") electronic components mall ("the Website"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update Terms; revised versions will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2 Transaction Rules

• Orders & Payment Prices are as displayed (subject to change). Orders are confirmed upon our formal email confirmation; we reserve the right to reject/cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, etc. Complete payment as required; late payment may result in order cancellation.
• Delivery Delivery follows your selected method and address. Estimated times may be delayed by logistics, customs or force majeure. Risk transfers to you upon delivery; report defects/damages within 3 working days of receipt.
• Returns & Refunds Eligible for return/refund within 7 working days if products are defective, incorrect or unused (original packaging). Customized or user-damaged products are non-refundable. Refunds/replacements are processed after verification (3-10 working days for refunds).

3 User Guidelines

• Provide true, accurate information and update it promptly. Keep account credentials confidential and be liable for all account activities.
• Use the Website legally; no fraud, hacking, infringement or disruption of operations.
• Website content (images, text, logos) is our intellectual property; no copying or distribution without prior permission.
